Warranty FORTEZZA, MIAMI, JUMEIRAH e SAINT TROPEZ:

The warranty is valid for 5 years and starts from the purchase date proved by a valid invoice.This warranty is exclusively applicable to the fabrics of FORTEZZA, MIAMI, JUMEIRAH e SAINT TROPEZ collections.

The warranty exclusively covers the abnormal and excessive colour degradation and loss of strength due to normal exposure to the action of sun, mildew and general atmospheric agents.

The warranty exclusively covers the fabrics supplied by Pozzi Arturo S.p.A. Any additional manufacturing and installation costs, which could be supported, are not covered by this warranty.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by animals, chemicals, improper cleaning, unreasonable use or improper installation of fabric. This warranty does not apply to fabric to which any stain, soil repellent treatment or other finishing process has been applied by anyone other than the Fabric manufacturer, with the exception of the manufacturer approved by Pozzi Arturo S.p.A. directly.

Consumer is responsible for normal care and cleaning of the fabric.

In case of a proved defect of the fabric within the warranty period, Pozzi Arturo S.p.A. will supply a fabric equivalent to the 100% of the value of the faulty one up to the 3rd year from the purchase date; for the 4th year Pozzi Arturo S.p.A. will supply a fabric equivalent with a 50% discount; for 5th year Pozzi Arturo S.p.A. will supply a fabric equivalent with a 30% discount.

The responsibility of Pozzi Arturo S.p.A. is expressly limited to this specific warranty.

Pozzi Arturo S.p.A. reserves the right to inspect the fabric object of the claim and ask for a purchase proof.

How to proceed for a warranty claim:

Following a written request stating both the unique number of fabric roll and the invoice number, the Quality Committee of Pozzi Arturo S.p.A. will inspect the fabric claimed to decide whether the conditions of the products have the requirements to be covered by the Warranty.

If the technical evaluation reveals that the fabric indicates an excessive degradation compatible with the above-mentioned Warranty, Pozzi Arturo S.p.A. will replace the mentioned fabric according to the diagram in section 6.

The labour and remake costs that are required for the replacement of the finished product are always and completely excluded, which are not covered by this Warranty.
