Information notice on the processing of personal data. Information pursuant to Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”), to be provided where personal data are collected from the data subject.
In compliance with the provisions of EU Reg. 2016/679 (European Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data) and Legislative Decree 196/2003 containing the “Personal Data Protection Code”, integrated with the amendments introduced by Legislative Decree 101/2018, we provide you with the due information regarding the processing of the personal data provided. This notice is also inspired by Directive 2002/58/EC, as updated by Directive 2009/136/EC on cookies, by the Provision of the Italian Data Protection Authority of 08.05.2014, by the Guidelines on the use of cookies and other tracking tools of 10 June 2021 and by the EDPB Guidelines 05/2020 on consent. «Personal Data»: any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (‘data subject’); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person (C26, C27, C30 GDPR).
Computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This category of data includes IP addresses or the domain names of the computers and terminals used by users, the URI/URL addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and computer environment.
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of messages to the contact addresses indicated on this site and/or the filling in of data collection forms entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to reply to requests, as well as any other personal data entered.

In the case of a request for data portability, the Data Controller will provide you with the personal data concerning you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
The Data Controller reserves the right to modify, update, add or remove portions of the current Privacy Policy at his discretion and at any time. For this reason, this privacy policy contains an indication of the last update.
