Raw Materials
Quality begins with the yarn
Yarn selection is the first step in creating every fabric. Each yarn is carefully chosen for its appearance, colour performance, colour range and technical characteristics, according to the intended application.
Our research spans both natural and synthetic fibres, with particular attention to fancy yarns, enabling us to develop fabrics that combine quality, distinctive character and recognisable textile identity.
Natural fibres
Fibres selected for their balance of aesthetic appeal and technical performance. Our collections primarily feature viscose-linen blends, cotton and wool bouclé, appreciated for their colour depth, material richness and tactile quality. These fibres create natural, balanced and distinctive textile surfaces that develop character over time while maintaining their identity.
Synthetic fibres
Fibres selected to combine performance with versatility. Polypropylene and polyester provide extensive colour possibilities and allow the development of customised colourways, while offering excellent UV resistance and, where required, inherent flame-retardant properties. In recent years, we have expanded our range to include solution-dyed acrylic, increasingly valued for its outstanding outdoor performance and natural appearance. Our research also extends to fancy yarns, with the aim of overcoming the traditional aesthetic limitations often associated with synthetic fibres. Bouclé yarns, slub yarns and complex constructions create rich, textured fabrics while maintaining excellent technical performance.
Recycled fibres
A responsible material selection without compromising performance. We use certified recycled yarns to develop fabrics with a reduced environmental impact while maintaining aesthetic quality, durability and reliability. Our preferred materials include recycled wool and recycled cotton for natural fibres, and recycled polyester for high-performance applications. These materials integrate naturally into our collections, providing responsible solutions for both indoor and outdoor environments.
Warping
Precision & Preparation of the Textile Structure
Warping is one of the most critical stages of the production process and must be carried out with the highest level of precision to ensure smooth and consistent weaving. This process is managed entirely in-house using advanced machinery capable of producing highly customised, complex striped warps. Specialised technicians oversee every stage of preparation, carefully controlling yarn tension, uniformity and accuracy to ensure stability, repeatability and consistent results, even for the most sophisticated constructions.

Hand, appearance & performance
Finishing is one of the most important stages of textile manufacturing. During this process, the fabric is stabilised and acquires its final characteristics in terms of hand, appearance and technical performance. Through a wide range of finishing processes, fabrics achieve higher perceived quality and improved functional performance, making them suitable for their intended application. Our in-house finishing department includes dedicated machinery for a variety of mechanical and softening treatments. We also offer technical processes such as anti-fray treatments, FR backing and stain-resistant finishes. For highly specialised finishing processes, we collaborate with selected Italian partners recognised for their expertise.
